After running successful personal training and home improvement businesses, fate led Brian to a luncheon with a family friend and mentor that would change his course. This mentor had built a multi-million-dollar recruitment firm and saw potential in Brian. He didn’t know it at the time, but his innate skills would make him standout in the recruiting world. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Brian dove headfirst into recruiting and two years later, opened his own firm. His warmth, humor and easy-going nature allowed him to connect with top decision-makers in the Manufacturing and Aerospace industries and quickly expand his client portfolio. Brian’s natural curiosity and drive to help others also allowed him to build a strong candidate pipeline rooted in his mission to support Connecticut’s growing job market. In his free time, Brian loves being in nature, spending time with his wife, fur babies, family and friends.
