She is highly skilled at both mentoring our team and optimizing workflows. Katie believes that when we create the right environment — where people feel supported, seen, and empowered — success follows naturally.

As a detail-oriented problem-solver, she ensures that every process, system, and workflow isn’t just efficient, but aligned with our mission: recruiting with heart. Her approach combines analytical thinking with a deep understanding of human nature, making sure that behind every number, there’s a person — and every person feels valued. Katie blends big-picture strategy with an intuitive ability to understand what people need, whether that’s our team, our candidates, or the clients we serve.

Outside of work, you’ll find Katie with her dog and husband, a book in her hands, sipping some chai, golfing, or planning their next adventure — usually somewhere with amazing food and a good cocktail.
