Matt brings a wealth of diverse experiences to the HBR team. Born and raised in Connecticut, Matt and his family spent 14 years working in the California wine industry in wineries and vineyards. Having recently returned to CT, he is starting a new chapter in the world of recruiting. Over the course of his career, Matt has worked in many industries including: agriculture, music, movies, financial (mutual funds), hospitality, and advertising. Most recently, at Indeed, he worked closely with mid-size and enterprise level clients. He supported and managed the efforts of his clients in human resources, talent acquisition, and hiring managers to hone their message to prospective candidates

Matt is a proud girl dad to his two daughters! He and his wife of 18 years enjoy spending time with family on day trips and other excursions. In between attending his daughters' many after school sports practices and classes, he enjoys hobbies such as gardening, baseball, basketball, cardio and resistance training, and cooking.
