She serves as a board member for the South Windsor Youth Hockey Association and the South Windsor Boys Lacrosse organization, where she plays a crucial role in shaping the future of young athletes in her community. In 2021, Nicole took on a new challenge: running marathons. She discovered a love for pushing her physical and mental limits and now finds immense joy in tackling the demanding races.
