About Us

Owner and founder Brian Burdick began his first recruiting firm CMS Search Group, LLC in 2015 with a vision of creating a recruiting firm unlike any other. With a dedication to customer service, Brian's entrepreneurial skills developed a model of recruiting that leaves old, standardized methods of recruiting in the dark ages. While larger recruiting firms perpetuate rushed methods that value metrics, quotas and pressured deadlines, Brian streamlined a customized and thorough process that allowed his firm to develop personalized staffing and recruiting services that best meets your company's needs. After re-branding in 2020, HireBridge Recruiting was born as a reflection of our company’s core values and passion to bridge the relationships between our Clients and Candidates.

HBR is passionate about giving back to their community and environment. In our free time, staff can be found volunteering at various organizations which give back to people in need. With a special interest in helping impoverished populations and animals, we love spending time with our pets or donating to organizations to help animals thrive. We believe in the spirit of global unity, and strive to help all we can.
